About Cindy
Cindy Wollenchager

Growing up with a father in the restaurant industry it was perhaps Cindy's destiny to end up loving the kitchen. She spent three years at Silwood Kitchen where she obtained a Cordon Bleu Grande Diploma. After completing her final in-service year at Singita Private Game Reserve, she moved onto a position at the Cape Grace Hotel in Cape Town. During this time she developed a love for seasonal, fresh and tasty food.

Deciding that her career needed some international flavour, Cindy moved to Europe and America where she worked on luxury yachts and took on private catering positions. Martha's Vineyard, Boston, New York, Dublin, Spain, Portugal, Florida, California... this girl's seen them all! Nothing unnerves Cindy - she's as comfortable cooking dinner for four on a private yacht with a gale force blowing as she is preparing an African dinner for 400 hungry wedding guests with the South-Easter blowing.
