
Sheila has a flair for natural contemporary cooking, and it's with this passion for fresh, organic and uncomplicated styling that she founded Pomegranate Food in 2000. Sheila sharpened her knives in the industry by working at Londolozi Private Game Reserve for four years as Head Chef.
Following this, the bright lights of Australia beckoned and Sheila spent time on a food styling course with Donna Hay from the well known Marie Claire Cookbook acclaim.
Pomegranate Food has featured in several magazines including House and Leisure and Food and Home. Sheila's philosophy is simple - food should be innovate and tasty and up to date with international trends. Sheila travels extensively, ensuring that she is at the cutting edge of all the latest trends, and recently attended a cooking course in Thailand. She collects cook books, making sure she always has the very latest publications.
